Role Overview:
As a Safer Gambling Executive at Fortuna Gaming, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day delivery of safer gambling processes. Working closely with the Player Protection Specialist and Safer Gambling Manager, you will handle daily tasks, process tickets and carry out player interactions following clearly defined policies and procedures.
This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organised, process-oriented and confident in working within compliance frameworks. While this is not a progression-focused role, it offers a valuable opportunity to contribute directly to player safety and be part of a specialist team within the online gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily safer gambling tickets and tasks across client brands, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with established processes.

- Support the execution of self-exclusion reactivation processes in full compliance with UK Gambling Commission guidelines.
- Escalate complex cases, risk indicators, or unusual patterns of behaviour to the Player Protection Specialist or Safer Gambling Manager as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all player interactions, tickets and decisions within internal systems.
- Stay up to date with safer gambling procedures, participating in regular training to ensure knowledge of current regulations and best practices.
- ● Contribute to the smooth running of the safer gambling function, helping ensure service levels and compliance standards are consistently met.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an operational, compliance, customer support, or safer gambling role (preferred but not essential).
- A basic understanding of responsible gambling principles and UKGC regulatory requirements (training will be provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confidence in written communication, with the ability to follow scripts and structured guidelines.
- Calm, professional approach when handling sensitive topics and customer conversations.
- Ability to follow processes consistently and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
- A team player who is dependable, proactive and committed to player welfare.
