Fortuna Gaming is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager, primarily to work on acquiring traffic for
its portfolio of iGaming websites.

Job Description
As a result of a groundbreaking new product launch, we are looking for someone to join our Affiliate
Marketing Team based in our Newcastle office.
You will be responsible for finding new affiliate partners, and scaling up profitable traffic volume from
them, as well as maintaining relationships and further scaling volumes from existing affiliate partners
within the business. You will report directly into one of the directors of the business

Main Responsibilities
  •  Developing and maintaining relationships with affiliates.
  •  Daily monitoring of affiliate performance.
  •  Actively researching and establishing new affiliate opportunities/partners.
  •  Ensuring affiliate listings are up to date with correct offers, designs, landing pages, T&Cs, tracking links, and are fully compliant.
  • Striving to increase player volumes and profits resulting from affiliate marketing activities.

Criteria
 The role of Affiliate Manager is critical for driving growth through effective partnerships. The essential
criteria for this role include a combination of experience, skills, and attributes that will ensure the
success of our affiliate program.

Essential
  • Affiliate Management experience within the igaming industry
  • Experience in casino and sports betting.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret financial data to inform decision making.
  • The ability to think commercially, and in general a sound business acumen.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with external partners.
  • Desire to start new projects and see them through to completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid negotiation skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
  • Technically literate with a tech savvy mindset.
  • Passionate about sports in general particularly football and horse racing.
  • High proficiency in written English, with attention to detail

Desirable
  • An existing network of relationships with affiliates in the iGaming industry, particularly the UK market.
  • Understanding of digital tracking methods.
  • Experience with google analytics.

Location
This role will be predominantly office based in Newcastle upon Tyne (Blandford Square), with the
remainder of time spent working from home. There may be occasional travel to annual affiliate
conferences etc, but this will be very infrequent.
