Job Description
As a result of a groundbreaking new product launch, we are looking for someone to join our marketing team based in our Newcastle office.
You will be involved in the marketing of a new suite of exciting and exclusive iGaming brands, including casino and sportsbook.
You will be responsible for finding new affiliate marketing partners, and scaling up profitable traffic volume from them, as well as maintaining relationships and further scaling volumes from existing affiliate partners within the business. You will report directly into one of the directors of the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate marketing partners.
- Digital marketing assistance across other channels and platforms
- ROI analysis of affiliate and other digital marketing activities.
- Ensuring affiliate listings are up to date with correct offers, designs, landing pages, T&Cs, tracking links, and are fully compliant.
- Striving to increase player volumes and profits resulting from affiliate marketing activities.
Criteria
Essential:
- Some basic knowledge of digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Experience of / interest in online gaming / gambling / sportsbook.
- Ability to analyse data, see patterns and put plans in place to drive future activities.
- Confident in using excel.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with natural creativity.
- Technically literate with a tech savvy mindset. Some experience with HTML.
- Desire to start new projects and see them through to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with external partners.
- Ability to work independently to deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
- Relevant Digital Marketing qualifications.
- Digital marketing experience in a work or entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in casino and sports betting.
- Affiliate Management experience within the igaming industry.

Location
This role will be predominantly office based in Newcastle upon Tyne (Blandford Square), with the
remainder of time spent working from home.
There may be occasional travel to annual affiliate conferences etc, but this will be very infrequent.
